A Cloister Full of Vegetation
Next to the Romanesque cathedral of La Seu d’Urgell, this hotel
has an inner courtyard, a former Romanesque cloister, full of flowerpots,
ivy and hanging plants, offering an exquisite tropical print. Its
facilities, a harmonious combination of stone, wood, vegetation and luminosity,
elegant and comfortable, present spacious lounges and give refuge to the
lovers of mountains and of outdoor activities. The Canoeing Championships
held on the Segre River in the summer is an example of this.

The Prominence of the Landscape
The green groves look pretty through the large spacious windows
of this parador; if we look down we see the Duero, placid and transparent.
Machado also has a place here: his verses, drawings and photos adorn the
interior walls. The bedrooms are friendly, pine wood to make you
feel at home, many of them with views of the river bed.
