Paradores of Spain

66. Seo de Urgel
Lleida

A Cloister Full of Vegetation
Next to the Romanesque cathedral of La Seu d’Urgell, this hotel has an inner courtyard, a former Romanesque cloister, full of flowerpots, ivy and hanging plants, offering an exquisite tropical print.  Its facilities, a harmonious combination of stone, wood, vegetation and luminosity, elegant and comfortable, present spacious lounges and give refuge to the lovers of mountains and of outdoor activities.  The Canoeing Championships held on the Segre River in the summer is an example of this.

67. Sigüenza
Guadalajara

12th Century Medieval Castle
Installed in an Arabic citadel, constructed on a Roman settlement, this imposing castle was built from the year 1123 onwards, being the residence of bishops cardinals until the end of the last century.  This Hotel has intimate, friendly bedrooms with four poster beds, in addition to stately rooms, ideal for meetings and celebrations.

68. Soria
Soria

The Prominence of the Landscape
The green groves look pretty through the large spacious windows of this parador; if we look down we see the Duero, placid and transparent.  Machado also has a place here: his verses, drawings and photos adorn the interior walls.  The bedrooms are friendly, pine wood to make you feel at home, many of them with views of the river bed.

69. Sos del Rey Católico
Zaragoza

Noble Aragonese Style Building
Housed in the historical villa of Sos del Rey Católico, declared a Historical-Artistic area and close to areas of immense splendor, this hotel is located next to the splendid valleys of the Navarrese and Aragonese Pyrenees.  The interior, regal and elegant, offers beautiful spectacles of the city from some rooms.

70. Teruel
Teruel

Small Mudejar Inspired Palace
Located on the outskirts of historical Teruel, this Parador expresses to perfection the miscellany of cultures and styles of the capital.  Marble, tiling, pointed arches and Arabic details make up the oriental influence remaining in the town.  A suitable location for holding numerous events, its facilities are cheerful and well lit, decorated in pastel shades.
